Here at Anna Blass Design, each garment is made with longevity in mind. Not only will your clothing withstand everyday wear and tear, but every piece of material that comes against your skin is made with natural materials that allow your body to move and breathe as God intended it to. So dump the fast life and invest in a piece your granddaughters will fight you for.
Our Textiles
Transparency
All of our items are made from textiles that breathe, move, and hold their shape. While not all our materials are 100% natural, we ensure that the synthetic textiles that come against your skin are safe for you to wear on a day-to-day basis. You won't find polyester here.
The printed designs on our fabric are designed in-house or sourced from other small businesses.
We are sure to outline the materials used in each of the looks we sell. Please refer to the item descriptions for more information on what each garment is amde from.
The Burn Test
To help us determine which synthetic textiles we will and won't use, we conduct a burn test. To illustrate this, here is a brief science lesson: synthetics typically melt, while natural textiles burn when exposed to an open flame. Some synthetics, like viscose, are made with natural, recycled materials, but during the recycling process, chemicals are used, making them synthetic. These "synthetic" fabrics will burn, not melt. As a general rule, any fabric that burns is allowed in our shop, while any fabric that melts is sent to a land FAR FAR away.
Our Styles
Original Designs
All of our silhouettes are either draped in-house or altered in-house. Even if we have an amazing pattern, we will always tweak it to ensure the best fit for you.
Handmade In-House
Each garment is handmade in-house by individual(s) with experience in not only designing, but also sewing and fitting garments as needed to our specifications, ensuring they will last forever.
Sizing
Our sizing goes by your measurements and not a number that represents your measurements. After you check out, we will contact you for the relevant measurements. Please note that when measuring, your measuring tape shouldn't be pulled tight or hanging loose. Incorrect measurements WILL result in your garment fitting poorly. Should your item arrive and not fit due to you incorrectly reporting your measurements, we will charge extra for any alterations made. Mistakes made on our end will be altered and returned to you for free.
Lining
All garments that require a natural lining to protect your bare skin from synthetic fibers are lined with 100% cotton.
Partially lined garments have lining in the bodice of the garment (not sleeves) and may have a skirt lining should the outer skirt be too sheer to be worn alone.
Fully lined garments have lined sleeves, bodices, and may have a lined skirt.

Small business privilege is when a small business believes in their right to stricter polices based on the simple fact that they are smaller. This may even involve guilt-tripping their customers into doing parts of the job that they should be doing. We at Anna Blass Design believe that this is not only dishonest but also harms the consumer. Our mistake is our mistake, and we will take initiative to fix however we can following our policies and morals.
